From the early 1990s
Bolkar transitioned into a multi-sector international trading company, establishing a permanent presence in the Russian Federation and Libya, and operating across Eastern Europe, the CIS region, the Middle East, and North Africa.
The company became active in supplying industrial raw materials, chemicals, machinery, infrastructure systems, oil & gas equipment—including complete drilling and workover rigs, upstream and downstream assets—industrial camp installations, integrated production lines, and oversized and heavy industrial equipment supplied and delivered under project-specific logistics.
Bolkar has worked extensively with state entities, industrial complexes, and infrastructure projects where execution reliability, technical suitability, and discretion are critical.
